Fish was soggy and inedible and hamburger was soaked in grease, the food went in the bin

Meal was very good and when we arrived they had some items good to go and others fresh out of the fryer. I object to the 50p "Service fee", though which goes to the website developers.

Smooth process

I just receive spaghetti bolognaise that was very greasy and had the worst portion of bolognaise ever maybe 2-3 spoonfuls. Not good guys.
